door closed. The latch on the bottom
of the photo is the broken one. You
can see that sagging top door has put
strain on the latches The top latch
looked like it would break first because
the rivets are barely holding, but the
bottom one broke from fatigue. The
bottom latch would come open
spontaneously. After closing it about
15 times it just snapped (so don't plan
on opening this door more than 15
times over the life of your oven, and
have some duct tape around just in
case).

The craftsmanship on this oven is
embarrassing. my eight year old son saw it
the first time and said, "Dad I thought we
bought a NEW oven", His grandma saw it
(knowing how much I payed and that we
really couldn't afford it) and started crying.

the bottom door latch has now broken off
Built like a 1970's Soviet Tank ?
It came dented, scratched, late,
missing parts, missing screws, the top
oven doesn't fit over the bottom oven.
pesi does not return calls or E-Mails
It cooks well but how long will it be in
one piece?

Thinking about buying a pesi pro series conveyor oven?
Check out these photos of my brand new oven. It was delivered 4 weeks late. It's missing
parts Pesi won't ship to me(they have now,7 months later, shipped my parts). It is under
warranty but they won't fix it(they now say someone might stop by to look at it)

Now the leg on the back right side is
bending. I have a jack stand and 2x4

Pesi finally sent a tech. After the owner
of pesi saw my web page they decided
to honor their warranty. They replaced
the broken latches, rehung the door,
and cleaned up the cracked corners.
They could not fix the cracked welds or
any of the other problems from bad
design and manufacture.

I can't wait to buy a Bofi XLT oven to
replace this hack job of an oven I am
no longer going to request tech help
from pesi I will repaire the oven my self
until I can replace it.
